DL high purity leaded solder bars are manufactured with only virgin materials by a special process that controls the inclusions of oxides and metallic and non-metallic impurities. It is manufactured under a controlled environment to produce high flow rate and low dross solder alloy. When used in wave soldering, it offers superior fluidity compared to other alloys available in the market. DL high purity leaded solder bars may be used with most existing equipment, processes, and flux chemistries.
